Blog assignment and this past week's listening assignment
A few people have come to me today and told me they were having troubles locating the Thomas King "Truth About Stories" lectures on their iPods. I should have given you better instructions on how to find this. Under "music" in your iPod, find the "Artists" listings. Then, scroll down to "King, Thomas". There are five lectures there for you to listen to:
1. “You’ll Never Believe What Happened” is Always a Great Way to Start
2. You’re Not the Indian I Had in Mind
3. Let Me Entertain You
4. A Million Porcupines Crying in the Dark
5. What Is It About Us That You Don’t Like?
As for the blogging assignment, to log in to your group blog, go to http://canada.blog.uvm.edu/mt and that should put you in the right place to begin.
One tip: you might want to write most of your blog posting in MS Word or another text editor first and then paste it into your blog entry in case you accidentally close that browser window while you're creating your post. That can happen and you don't want to lose all your hard work.
